Jul 19, 1751 from Abraham Hargais (Hargis) of CC, planter, to Isaac Campbell of CC, Clark, for 12,000 lbs tobacco and 5 £, a parcel of land, being part of a tract of land called Bettys Delight, lying in CC on the east of Zachiah Swamp and north of a small run falling into the Swamp bounded by the parcel of land commonly called Berries, containing and now laid out for about 150 acres. Signed - Abraham Hargis. Wit - Robt Yates, Erasmus Gill, Robt Gill. Jane, wife of sd Abraham Hargis, released her dower.
