Know all men .. We GREENBERRY DORSEY of County of Loudoun ROBERT BOGGESS SENR. & GERRARD BOWLING of County of Fairfax are held and firmly bound unto JOHN WEST JUNR. & WILLIAM LOCK WEEMS & ELIZABETH HUNTER Executors of the last will & Testament of JOHN HUNTER deceased & unto PHILLIP GRYMES & NICHOLAS GRYMES Executors of the last will & Testament of NICHOLAS GRYMES deced in the full and just sum of three hundred pounds current money of Virginia .. this 21st day May 1767. The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas a certain CATHERINE GRYMES formerly the wife of WILLIAM GRYMES deceased hath taken out Letters of Administration in the County Court of Fairfax for all the goods & chattels of her deceased Husband William Grymes & gave her security John Hunter & Nicholas Grymes since dead & whereas the said Greenberry Dorsey hath since the said securityships being enter'd into by the said John Hunter & Nicholas Grymes for the due administration of the said Estate intermarried with Catherine Grymes the widow of William Grymes deceased now if Greenberry Dorsey, Robert Boggess Senr. and Gerrard Bowling shall indemnify & save harmless the said John West, William Lock Weems & Elizabeth Hunter Executors of John Hunter & Phillip & Nicholas Grymes Executors of the said Nicholas Grymes from all damages that may accrue from the said securityship entered into by their respective Testators that then the above obligation to be void ..
