Above tracts to be divided between youngest sons, Mordecai Burgess, Hezekiah and Zephaniah; Mordecai Burgess to have 1/3 pt. of the 6 tracts; 3rd youngest son Zephaniah and his male hrs., to have 1/3 pt. of sd. tracts; son Hezekiah's pt., after his decease, shall be equally divided between sons Mordecai Burgess and Zephaniah.
To son Nathaniel Offutt, land he now lives on, being pt. of tract called Younger Brother. Mentions land adjoining bro. Nathaniel Offutt.

Montgomery County Land Records, 1777-1781; Liber A1, Page 211. Nov 24, 1778 from Joseph West Jr of M, planter, to William West, son of John, of M, planter, for 100 £, part of a tract of land called the Two Brothers, lying in M, containing about 50 acres. Signed - Joseph West Jr. Wit - Joseph Wilson*, Gerd Briscoe*. Mary West, the wife of the afd Joseph West, relinquished her right of dower to the within mentioned land. Recorded Dec 21, 1778.
