Nov 24, 1778 from Joseph West Jr of M, planter, to William West, son of John, of M, planter, for 100 £, part of a tract of land called the Two Brothers, lying in M, containing about 50 acres. Signed - Joseph West Jr. Wit - Joseph Wilson*, Gerd Briscoe*. Mary West, the wife of the afd Joseph West, relinquished her right of dower to the within mentioned land. Recorded Dec 21, 1778.
