      Benjamin Jameson's Will.
      I, Benjamin Jameson of CC, am well and in perfect health, sound mind and memory & understanding, but knowing it is appointed for all men once to die, do make this, my will.
      To William Queen - all the land his father bought of my father.
      To my wife Sarah Jameson - 150 £currency clear of her dower.
      To my son Walter Jameson - "the Clock I had from the estate of Joseph [Jameson?] and my Mahogany Desk".
      To my daughter Sarah Boarman - a suit of mourning and a mourning ring.
      To my 3 sons, Samuel Jameson, Thomas Jameson, and Raphael Jameson - all my land, beginning at a large poplar standing near the head of a branch, the beginning tree of a tract of land I conveyed to my brother, Thomas Jameson, running and binding with the sd branch, until it intersects a Run called Greens run; thence running until it intersects the land of Thomas Semmes, thence running out binding with the sd land into Zachia Swamp, and thence running and binding until it intersects the lower line of Hall's lot, thence running and binding up the Swamp with the sd lines until it intersects with the Run called Matthew's Run, now called Burch's Mill Run, running and binding with the first Run until it intersects the interior or back line of Boarmans Manor, thence with the Manor line until it intersects the land to the late Revd Mr. Isaac Campbell dead, from thence to a black oak, the beginning tree of a tract of land called Batsey's Delight (late in the possession of sd Campbell) from thence to the beginning. Also another tract of land called Timberwell, lying in Zachia Swamp, joining to a tract of land called Hall's Lot. Also, part of a tract of land, being part of a tract of land called Queen Mary, which I bought of Henry Joshua Jameson. If any of my 3 sons dies unmarried or under age 21 years, the survivors to have the afd lands, to be equally divided among them.
      To my 6 children, to wit, Samuel, Thomas, Raphael, Jesse, Catharine, and Teresa Jameson - the rest of my personal estate.
      To my 2 daughters, Catharine and Teresa Jameson - the use of my dwelling house and fire wood to support them during their single state.
      Executors: my sons Walter and Raphael.
      Signed Jul 13, 1785 - Benja Jameson. Wit - Thomas Evans, Gustavus Nally, Ignatius Semmes.
      Probated on Sep 24, 1787 by hath executors and by the oaths of witnesses Evans and Semmes.
      Sep 1787. I do here "asserify" that I stand to my husband, Benj Jameson's will. Signed - Sarah Jameson.

      I, Sarah Jameson of CC being weak and low in body but of sound mind memory and understanding
      To sons Walter, Samuel, Thomas, Raphael and Jesse Jameson, 5 shillings current money.
      To granddaughter Catherine Jameson, negro boy Allen.
      To granddaughter Eliza Jameson my knife case.
      To my two daughters Catharine and Teresa Jameson all my household and kitchen furniture.
      To daughter Sarah Boarman, fifty pounds current money that my son Walter Jameson let her husband Joseph Boarman have at my request.
      To daughters Catharine and Teresa Jameson, fifty pounds current money.
      To Reverend priest of this congregation, three pounds to give to the poor.
      To three daughters, Sarah Boarman, Catharine and Teresa Jameson, the residue of my estate.
