      To Henry Coldstream 250 a. which I last purchased & in case he die without issue then to fall to Thomas Lund.
      To Thomas Lund 100 a. adj. sd Henry Coldstream and part of that purchase. Coldstream is not to bar Thomas Lund from any Timber which he shall have occasion for on Coldstream's land.
      To Thur Pate 50 a. from my last purchase.
      To Willford Kelly, son of Edmond Kelly 50 a. belonging to the tract on which Edmond Kelly now liveth.
      To Isabel Derrick, dau. of Thomas Derrick 50 a. of mine on which Edmond Kelly liveth.
      To George Brent, son of Capt George Brent 200 a. of mine being part of the division which Edmond Kelly now liveth.
      To Henry Coldstream & Thomas Lund the remainder of the tract Kelly liveth on (50 a.) equally divided.

      The Depo: of HENRY COLESTREAM aged 21 or thereabouts sworne & examined Novembr: 10th 1680 saying that being att the house of THOMAS ODENELL did hear I WILLM: LOXAM & HUGH MUNGURROW speaking about ye Towne that is to be built in (?) County and your Deponent did hear WILLM: LOXAM say that hee would have a House there and MUNGURROW did reply hee would have noe Roagues there, ye said LOXAM did say, bee had not best call him a Roague except he could prove, ye said MUNGURROW did reply that hee could, and further saith that hee was a perjured Roague and further your Depont: saith that hee could prove what hee had said by JAMES DUNBARRs Records; and further saith not

      p. 264 Wee ye Subscribers beinge ordered by ye Court to Vallue ye Estate of HENRY COLDSTREAME have accordingly appraised it as followeth; Two cows and calves; heifers; two barren cows; two young Steeres Cattle - 6420. One good gallon poll & a cell of old pewter, four trays and five old spoones; iron kettle, two chests, one sworn, one Danzick Case wth eight bottles. one hatt brush; one candlestick; one old Kersey Coat, one old feather bed, one old ditto flocks and feathers together - Total 8282 June 14th 1692 JOHN WHEATCRAFT

Whereas it was presented to this Court that HENRY COLDSTREAM of this County had mortally wounded a man with giving him a stab with a Rapier in the groine Therefore tis ordered that Henry Coldstream shall be by the Sheriff taken immediately into custody and by him secured or else to be discharged upon good and sufficient Bail or Mainprize until it is discovered whether JAMES THEARLE the man wounded will live or die.

      950. HENRY COLDSTREAM made humble petition to this Court that whereas your petitioner was ordered by your worship's last Court to give Security and Enter into bond for and concerning JAMES THEARLE which was unfortunately wounded and forasmuch is well recovered and gone home about his Lawful occasions Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays your worships order for to be released and that he with his Security may be discharged from their bond And now forasmuch as Dr. EDWARD MADDOCKS did appear in this Court and aver and Justifie that James Thearle which was so wounded by Henry Coldstream was well recovered and healed of his wounds Therefore tis ordered that Henry Coldstream with his Security shall be released and freely and fully discharged from their bond and that the sherif shall immediately deliver up the same unto them.
