      At the request of Gustavus Waters, the following Deed was recorded May 23, 1801
      Indenture made December 18, 1800; Randolph B. Latmer of the City of Baltimore and Charles Mankin in consideration of 142 pounds 12 shillings and 10 pence current money paid by Gustavus Waters have sold all the part of a tract of land called "Mankins and Latimers Gift" containing 38 acres and binding on "Howell's Oversight", Mr. Daniel's land to Zachia Bridges to the main run of Zachia Swamp to Samuel Howell's part of said land. Signed R.B. Latimer, Charles Mankin and witnessed by Owen Dorsey, George Gould Presbury and May 23, 1801 by William H. McPherson, John E. Ford
