i. Leatha Beall was born 1777 in Prob NC, and died 1832 in Shadydale, Jasper CO, GA. She married Thomas Pennington in Rowan County, NC. He died in Shadydale, Jasper CO, GA.
ii. Jeremiah Beall was born 1774 in Montgomery, CO, MD, and died 1816 in GA. He married Elizabeth Cotton.
iii. Frederick Beall was born 20 OCT 1768 in Prince George CO, MD, and died 13 JUN 1847 in Campbell CO, GA. He married Martha Payton Beall 1792, daughter of Daniel Beall and Martha Payton Whiting. She was born 1775 in Berkeley CO, Virginia, and died 23 SEP 1856 in Carnesville, Franklin County, GA.
iv. Samuel Quentin Beall was born ABT 1778 in Guilford CO, NC, and died 14 AUG 1857 in Irwinton, Wilkinson CO, GA. He married Elizabeth (Betsy) Gilbert 24 APR 1806 in Hancock CO, GA. She was born 1787 in GA, and died 1864 in Irwinton, Wilkinson CO, GA.
v. Elias Beall was born 1780 in Hancock CO, GA, and died in Warren CO, GA. He married Mary Neal 19 MAY 1804 in Warren CO, GA. She was born in Talbot CO, GA.
vi. Amelia Beall was born ABT 1770, and died 1807 in Warren CO, GA. She married George Cotton 5 JAN 1797 in Warren CO, GA. He was born 1764 in Edgecombe CO, NC, and died 1833 in Warren CO, GA.
vii. Thaddeus Beall was born 1780 in Guilford CO, NC, and died 4 JAN 1867 in Chambers Co, AL. He married Mary Walker Jones 26 JAN 1805 in Warren CO, GA. She was born 1788 in GA, and died 1875 in Chambers Co, AL.
viii. Lucy Beall was born ABT 1774.
ix. Josiah Beall was born ABT 1782, and died 1805 in Alleghany CO, MD.
x. Maezah Beall was born 1784 in Salisbury Dist, Guilford Co, NC. She married Thomas Dent ABT 1800 in GA. He was born 1760, and died in Carroll, Mississippi.

Signed - Thaddeus Beall. Wit - David Lynn, Robert Peters. Amilia, wife to the sd Thadeus Beall, relinquished her right of dower to the within mentioned land. Recorded Aug 30, 1777.

The 2nd part of Easy Purchase is bounded by Thomas Landsdale's part of Easy Purchase, containing 701,4 acres.
