      Bequeaths to:
      1. Clement Hill --son
      -to have the 1/2 of the land whereon testator now lives cal led "Baltimore" and to be divided so as to include the plantation and houses where he now lives
      -to have Negro man "Frank" Negro woman "Nell" and all the children she has had since 1780
      2. Phillip Hill --son
      -to have the other 1/2 of the land where testator now lives and to be divided so as to include the houses and plantation where testator now Jives
      -to have Negro boy "Charles' son of "Polly" mulatto man "Tom"--a carpenter, Negro woman "Rose" and Negro woman "Jane
      3 Ann Hill --daughter
      -100 acres of the land left to testator's sons to be laid off at the end of the land where Daniel Barron now lives so that she may work her Negroes during her single ]ife and to include the tobacco house and the house where Barron now lives and at her marriage to be divided between testator's sons Clement and Phillip

Jun 26, 1780 from John Williams of M, to Samuel Brooke Beall, Thomas Brooke Beall, Mary Beall, Robert Brooke Beall, Walter Brooke Beall, and Asa Beall of M, for 175 £all that tract of land called White Oak Valley, lying in M, containing and laid out for about 100 acres. Signed - John Williams. Wit - Richard Thompson*, Thos. Beall of Geo*. Margaret Williams, wife of the sd John Williams, relinquished her right of dower to the within mentioned land.
