To daughter Ann Davice land leased to Thomas English and 2 years after her death to her husband Samuel Davice and at his death to ref all to my sons; sons Butler and John the rest of my land and if they die without issue to my daus. Mary and Rebecca ; dau. Sarah Munroe 10 shillings ; wife residue of estate.

For 1800 pounds of tobacco. 125 acres in parish aforesaid, being the land formerly leased to Thomas Butler by Francis Gray, father to Nathaniel Gray, whereon Thomas is now seated.

27 April 1707. Mary Gray depute my loving friend Nathl. Pope to be my attorney to acknowledge by thirds of 125 acres sold by my husband Nathaniel Gray to Thomas Butler, James Butler and Elizabeth Butler.

Westmoreld. ss. Be it known to all persons by these presents, that I ELIZABETH BAKER of Washington Parish in ye County aforesaid, do give and bequeath unto my Children such goods and chattels as are hereafter mentioned, vzit.,
To my Son, BUTLER BAKER, a young Horse and a Saddle and Bridle and one large Sermon Book;
To my son, JOHN BAKER, one young Horse, one saddle and bridle and a Gun and one large Bible and one Silver Seal to be delivered and paid to each and either when they shall arrive to the age of twenty one years, and also each of them to have three years and a halfe Schooling;
To my Daughter, MARY BAKER, three thousand pounds of tobacco, one new feather bed and furniture and a pair of Gold Bobbs,
To my Daughter, REBEKAH BAKER, I also give three thousand pounds of tobbo:, a new feather bed and furniture and a pair of Gold Dobbs to be delivered and paid to each and either of them when they shall arrive to the age of Eighteen years or at the day of Marriage and if either of my
Daughters should dye, the other to enjoy her Estate, As Wiliness my hand and seal this 26th day of February 1728
