      Apr. 8, 1802 The Charles Co., Md. will of Mary Ann Burch, widow, probated Dec. 1, 1804, leaves:
      -to dau. Martha Dent, one Negro man named Moses.
      --to grandau. Martha Dent, one Negro girl named Sarah.
      --to grandau. Ann Dent, one Negro girl na.ed Catharine.
      --to 5 grandchildren, Eleanor, Martha, Clarissa, John and Joshua Turner, 100 pounds currency to be equally divided among them and to be paid unto them individually as they come to lawful age.
      --to dau. Martha Dent, residue of estate.
      Executors, Dau. Martha Dent and grandson Hezekiah Dent.
      Witnesses: Walter Dyson, Elisha Burroughs.

      Comment: The will was presented for probate by Martha Dent, executrix. Mary Ann's will shows that her dau. Orpah Turner is deceased. There is no inventory or administration account for Mary Ann Burch.
