      Indenture made December 10, 1788; whereas Richard Beall of Samuel, late of Montgomery County, Maryland, deceased during his life paid to Joshua Beall of PGCo 25 pounds current money for his undivided right to a tract originally taken up by Charles Williams and John Beall called the "Charles and William"and since resurveyed for William Johns and Joshua Beall and doth by these presents confirm unto the heirs or representatives of Richard Beall to be disposed of agreeable to the last will and testament of the said Beall exclusive of the part of the land heretofore sold by Charles Beall to Thomas Harris and Bingley Page.
