KNOW ALL MEN by these prsents that I WILLIAM FANTLEROY for the Natural love and affection I now beare to my loving and only Sister, ELIZABETH FANTLEROY and for the advancement of her fortune togeather with other good causes me the said WILLIAM FANTLEROY thereunto moving have sould and made over unto my aforesaid Sister, ELIZABETH FANTLEROY, her heires and assignes forever one peice of land containing One thousand acres begining at the Corner tree of REES [Morris] WILLIAMS and WILLIAM SMITH for length and for breadth on the line commonly reputed to be the line belonging to the Orphans of Mr. THOMAS BEALE JUNYOR lately deced, and then for length againe parralell to first mentioned lines including the said quantity of one thousand acres togeather with their appurtenances and prvelidges To have and to hold unto the aforesaid ELIZABETH FANTLEROY her heires and assignes for ever more In Witnes whereof I have sett my hand and Seale this first day of Janr. 1682
