Bequeaths to:
1. Thomas Hamilton --son
-to have after the decease of "his Mother" all that part of the testator's land where Thomas now lives to the fence which runs along the side of the main branch and up the branch until it comes to the small branch tat runs down towards Joseph Hagan's and is all the land lying to the westward of the fence.
2. Francis Hamilton --son
-to have the remainder of the land whereon testator's dwelling plantation is --to have after widow's decease and to the northward of the fence and small branch above mentioned
-to have Negro man "John" after widow's decease
3, Mary Ann Hamilton -wife
-to have for her natural life or widowhood all of testator's personal estate
-named executrix of the will
4. Ann Hamilton --daughter
-to have after widow's decease Negro "Jack" and Negro woman "Jude"
-to have Negro girl "Sall"
-to have horse and saddle
5. Winafrid Hamilton --daughter
-to have Negro boy "Joyse" and Negro girl "Rachell" and Negro girl "Live"
-to have 1 horse and saddle, and the above legacies to be given to her after widow's decease
6. Mary Michell --daughter
-to have during her natural life Negro boy "George"
7, Mary Ann Michell --granddaughter
-to have Negro boy "George' after death of Mary

I Richard Mitchell of PGCo in consideration of 5 shillings sterling money and for other causes hereinafter mentioned has sold unto Mr. James Hamilton for the use and support of my wife Mary Mitchell in my 3 children, Notley Mitchell, James Mitchell and Matthias Mitchell in case of my death; Negro Priss (13 years), 1 feather bed and furniture, 1 pair cotton cards, 1 pair wollards, 1 box iron, 4 prewter plates, 1 iron pot, 1 bason and 1 loom. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this March 121, 1781, Richard Mitchell in the presence of Henry Boone, Elizabeth Hamilton and acknowledged before John Brown

In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this October 22, 1785, Mary Ann Hamilton in the presence of Winnifred Hamilton, Francis Boone, Elizabeth Hamilton and acknowledged before Robert Bowie
