      "being weak in Body Bequeaths to:
      Joseph Allen --son
      -to have all that tract or parcel of land called "Dunkill" being the plantation whereon testatrix now lives except for 1 acre where testator's father and mother are buried
      -to have Negro "Nace"
      -to have all the tobacco whether in the house or in the ground to be applied to the payment of testatrix's debts
      -remainder of the estate to be divided w/ testatrix's son Thomas
      -Thomas and Joseph named executors of the will
      2. Ann Allen --daughter
      -to have a home in the dwelling house for her single life and to have 1 feather bed and furn., 6 pewter plates
      -to have Negro girl "Manner" for her natural life
