      p.1. P of A. 26 Sept 1655 Wm Marshall of Wicocomocoe in the Province of Maryland to "wel beloved freind" Tho Baker of the same Province to proseoute John Waltham of Northumberland Co in Virginia for debt that was due Mr Thomas Eptone ( or Extone ) of 300 lb tobo and never paid.

      The version of Peary's will above is from Maryland Calendar of Wills, Vol. 1, Page 12. Another version of the will may be found at Maryland Prerogative Court, Testamentary Proceedings, Liber 1B, p, 25. In that version, Peary and Prichard are called "Daby" rather than "Davy." No county is given in either version of the will, however, the parties named in the will (Allanson, Prichard and Wentworth) were all Charles Co. residents.
