P of A. 26 Sept 1655 Wm Marshall of Wicocomocoe in the Province of Maryland to "wel beloved freind" Tho Baker of the same Province to proseoute John Waltham of Northumberland Co in Virginia for debt that was due Mr Thomas Eptone ( or Extone ) of 300 lb tobo and never paid. Wits David Prichard, Tho Baker Signed The mks of Wm Marshall Recorded 1 Oct 1655. Notes This is very likely John Walton, the debt of a date prior to when Westmoreland was formed from Northumberland.
