Noble, George, Prince George's County, 6th Sept., 1735; 24th Nov., 1735.
To sons Thomas and George and their hrs., 600 A. bought of Daniel Dulany, son Thomas to make his choice as soon as he comes of age; also 400 A. of "Piscataway Mannor."
To daus. Elizabeth and Anne and their hrs., each 300 A., being part of 1000 A. of "Piscataway Manor," bought of the Egertons, also lands lying in the Back Woods taken up in John Abingdon's name, being "Wett Work," "Spring Garden," "Addition" and "Dry Work."
To son Thomas and hrs., house and garden in Roper Lane in White Haven.
To son John and hrs., "Chance" in Swan Neck; should either son Thomas or George die during minority and without issue, land devised to him to go to daus. Elizabeth and Anne or the survivor.
To five child. afsd. entire personal estate, child. to be under the care of exs. until they come to their respective ages.

Indenture made January 28, 1751/2; Zachariah Wade and Ann Wade in consideration of £90 money of Great Britain paid by William Deakins has sold dividend of Egerton Manor containing 300-1/2 acres and binding on Thomas Noble's division. Signed Zachariah Wade, Ann Wade in the presence of John Hepburn, Joseph Sim and acknowledged before John Hepburn and at the same time Ann Wade wife of Zachariah Wade voluntarily acknowledged the same

Indenture made September 20, 1753; between Thomas Noble, Zachariah Wade and Ann Wade his wife gentleman and gentlewoman of one part and George Noble, gentleman of the other part. Witness whereof Mr. George Noble father of the above Thomas Noble, Ann Wade and George Noble, was seized in fee of part of a tract on the south side of Piscataway Creek called "Calvert" alias "Elizabeth Manor" containing 1000 acres did by deed of conveyance from Thomas Edelen bearing date July 9, 1726, and by his last will and testament gave the aforesaid land by the name of "Piscataway Manor" to his daughters Elizabeth Noble 300 acres, Anne Noble now wife of Zachariah Wade 300 acres and to his sons Thomas Noble and George Noble the remaining 400 acres and that by the death of Elizabeth Noble her part decended to Thomas Noble as heir in law. Now this indenture witnesseth that Thomas Noble, Zachariah Wade and Ann Wade his wife and George Noble make a full perfect and absolute partition an the other premises between them in three parts as follows; Thomas Noble 500 acres, Zachariah Wade and Ann Wade his wife 314 acres and George Noble 186 acres. 1759-1763 Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records Liber RR [Abstract by Mike Marshall]; Page 91. At the request of Enoch Magruder the following Deed was recorded October 15, 1760
Indenture made May 10, 1760; Zachariah Wade of Fairfax County, Virginia but now of PGCo, Gentleman in consideration of 424 pounds 19 shillings and 8 pence sterling money of Great Britain paid by Enoch Magruder of PGCo, merchant has sold a tract of land called "Stony Harbour" containing acres and lying on the north side of Tinkers Run and also a small adjoining tract called "Wade's Adventure" containing 100 acres and was devised to the said Zachariah Wade by the testament and last will of his deceased father Zachariah Wade; and also a tract called "Lanham's Folly" containing 23 acres and 3 rods. And whereas Enoch Magruder in April term 1759 by writ of entry sur disseisin en le post did recover against the said Zachariah Wade the aforesaid three tracts and by recover remaining of records in the provincial court at Annapolis, it is covenanted granted concluded and agreed by and between the parties that a the same time of suffering the recovery touch and concerning the lands … shall enure and be construed adjudged deed and taken to be and enure to the only proper use.
