Will of John Alldin of the County of Middlesex, being sick and weak in body, dated 23 Feb.
1726.
Unto my loving wife Frances Alldin my plantation and lands whereon I now live during her natural life. She shall have any timber she shall have occassion of for her own use of either side of the said plantations. Unto my son John Alldin my upper tracks of land and all plantations thereto belonging.
My loving wife and each one of my daughters shal have the use of what timber they shall have occassion of out of the Dragon Swamp for their own use and no others dureing their natural lives.
Unto my son Jo[hn] all my Dragon land and timber.
Unto my daughter Elizabe[th] wife of Jno. Smith all that parcel of land beginning at Edwin Thacker's line
near above the corner of Davis [?] his land ... to the Green branch ... to Mr. Richard Willis his line ... In
case my daughter shall dye without heirs of her body or her heirs should dye without issue, equally divided between my daughter Frances and my daughter Martha. My son in law John Smith shall have his natural life inthe said land.
Unto my daughter Frances Alldin 220 acres beginning upon the line of Elizabeth wife of John Smith and running down between Richard Willis his road and Davis his line.
In case Frances should die without heirs to be divided between my two daughters Elizabeth wife of John Smith and Martha Alldin but in case Frances should marry and dye without ishshew, husband shall have his natural life in the said land. My daughter Frances shall have 800 pounds of tobacco and caske and 5000 sortible house nails.
Unto my daughter Martha Alldin 220 acres beginning upon the line of Elizabeth wife of John Smith and so
down Willis his road and Willis his land. For want of heirs, equally divided between my two daughters Elizabeth wife of John Smith and Frances Alldin. In case Martha should marry and dye without ishshew, her husband shall have his natural life in the land. She shall have 800 pounds of tobacco and caske and 5000 sortible nails for a house.
Unto my daughter Mary Alldin all my lands between John Burck line and the green branch. For want of heirs, two thirds of said land to fall to my son John Alldin and the other third to my daughter Elizabeth wife of John Smith. If Mary should marry and dye without issue her husband shall have his natural life upon the said land.
Unto my loving wife Frances Alldin one Negro man Tony.
I lend unto my loving wife Frances Alldin one Negro woman Jaime, Negro woman Judy, Negro woman Beck, Negro George. After her decease to be divided among all my children.
Unto my daughter Elizabeth wife of John Smith, Negro boy Ned.
Unto my daughter Frances Alldin, Negro girl Hamar.
Unto my daughter Martha, Negro boy Sam.
Unto my daughter Mary, Negro girl Margry.
Unto my son John Alldin, Negro Bob, Negro Hamton, Negro Harry, Negro Phillis.
Unto my son John Alldin my great brandy still, cap and worm belonging to it. For want of heirs, equally divided between my four daughters.
Unto my loving wife my little brandy still, cap and worm dureing her natural life and after equally divided
among my five chilldren.
Unto my loving wife my sorrel mare.
Unto my loving wife my gray riding horse during her natural life.
Unto my daughter Elizabeth wife of John Smith one gray horse.
Unto my daughter Frances Alldin one gray mare.
Unto my daughter Martha Alldin one gray mare.
Unto my daughter Mary one young gray mare.
Unto my son John Alldin one young gray mare which did belong to the estate of Mr. Robert Williamson.
Unto my loving wife Frances Alldin four cowes and calves and two four year old stears, one feather bed and furniture.
Unto my son John Alldin one long trumpet mussle gun.
What money can be raised out of my tobacco shall go to paying debts.
The rest of my estate to be equally divided between my wife and five children.
My son John Alldin shall be at age at the years of eighteen.
My four daughters and their heirs shall have the use of what timber they shall have occasion of for their
own use and no others for the space of forty years outt of the Dragon Swamp.
My loveing wife Frances Alldin and my son in law John Smith and my son John Alldin executors.

Appraised pursuant to order of 2 May 1727 by Stokly Towles, Henry Tugel, Jno. Lewis and Saml. Batchelder.
Total valuation £407.4.11, including slaves valued at £188.10. Legacies to wife, John Alldin, Mary Alldin, John Smith, Martha Alldin and Frances Alldin mentioned.
Frances Alldin made oath to the inventory 4 July 1727.

Will of Benjamin Williamson of the County of Middlesex, being sick and weak in body, dated 23 April
1726.
Unto my sister Martha Williamson of Middlesex County all the land father Robert Williamson took up and pattented after he was marryed to my mother. All the land that was not my mother's before hir marriage to my sister Martha. Also my Negro man Jemey and the two cows that my father gave me by his will.
To my cuzen Robert Williamson son of my brother Robert Williamson all my other lands that was my mother's before hir marriage to my father.
Unto my sister Martha Williamson my young horse.
To my cuzen Elizabeth the wife of John Smith my riding Mare and sadle and bridle.
All the remainder of my estate that was given me by the last will and testament of my father to my sister
Frances the wife of John Alldin and my sister Martha Williamson and my cuzen Robert Williamson son of my brother Robert Williamson to be equally divided.
My brother John Alldin and my sister Martha Williamson
