Indenture made June 9, 1783; Rachel Richardson of Anne Arundel County, Maryland in consideration of 30 pounds in specie of the state paid by Samuel Cheney of PGCo has sold a tract called "Mark's Range" containing 400 acres and lying in PGCo beginning at a bounded spanish oak near the head of the river branch of Patuxent and bounded by the Eastern Branch.
