To son George Browning and hrs., "Pulling's Refuge," nr. head of Sassafras R., Cecil Co.; sd. son dying without issue, or if his issue shd. die during their minority, sd. land to pass to two grandsons John son of Richard Kennard, and John son of Nathaniel Kennard, and their hrs.
To dau. Elizabeth William and hrs., after decease of testator's husband, 1/2 of "The Cove" and "The Cove Tract" on Steele pond, one of them being dwelling plantation; the other half of sd. lands to two grandsons, Philip and Abraham Spearman and their hrs.
