Benjamin Beavin's Will,
I, Benjamin Beavin of CC, am weak of body but of perfect mind & memory. Firstly, I want my just debts paid out of hand by my executors.
To my wife Mathew [sic] Beavin - during her widowhood, the rest of my estate, and afterwards, to be equally divided amongst all my children.
