Henry Marbury, Will, February 3, 1803; March 26, 1803
I, Henry Marbury of CC, being sick and weak but of perfect sound mind memory and understanding;
To my four sons, William Henry, Leonard, Francis Ferdenando and Joseph Columbus Marbury, the whole of my real and personal estate.
To sister Elizabeth Marbury, the sum of seven pounds & ten shillings per annum for her support during her natural life.

Major Joseph Marbury, Will, December 20, 1799; April 14, 1801
I, Major Joseph Marbury of CC, being in perfect health of body and of sound and disposing mind and memory;
To {nephew} Joseph Columbus Marbury, youngest son of brother Henry Marbury at lawful age, 4 lots of land containing 50 acres each in Allegany County, west of Fort Cumberland, numbered 2073, 2074, 2076 & 2977. But if he should die before lawful age, then to {nephew} Francis Ferdinand Marbury, brother of the said Joseph.
To nephews, William Henry Marbury & Leonard Marbury, 300 acres of land, a bounty due me as Capt in the Army of the United States, reference warrant No. 1486 & signed by H.Knox March 10th, 1790. It is my will that my brother Henry Marbury may sell and dispose of the said 300 acres and the monies arising from the sale be applied to their use and likewise to the lands left to Joseph Columbus Marbury and in case of his death to Francis Ferdinand Marbury.
To Elizabeth Marbury, my riding horse called “Tom Jones”, and one cow.
Item: (whereas I’m largely indebted) to my brother Henry Marbury, mulatto Rachel and her son Henry, negro Guy, and the remainder of my personal property after debts are paid.
