      To sons Abraham and Thos. and their hrs., dwelling plantation , equally; shd. either of sd. sons die without issue, their portion to fall to next hr.-at-law.
      To sons Roger and Jacob and hrs., 100 A. "Cook Addition," Swan Ck., to be divided when son Roger comes to age of 21; shd. either of sd. sons die without issue, survivor to inherit portion of deed; shd. both die without issue, their estates to pass to hr.-at-law.
      To son Isaac, 1& before division of personal estate, to purchase land.
      To dau. Mary, personalty, to be in care of Mrs. Mary Marshall.
